Hace poco ms de medio siglo que Guillaume y Janny escribieron las primeras experiencias en la monitorizacine la PIC1. En el trabajo que aqu presentamos, se revisan lasiologa cerebral, la fisiopatologa de la PIC y los aspectoselacionados con la monitorizacin de la misma. Adems,e exponen algunas consideraciones teraputicas frente a laIC.
